I have always been interested in art, when I was young I was always drawing in some form or another. Technology was another of my interests, video, audio and pc. I have gone from drawing comic books, and portraits, and progressed into digital editing.
I started photo repair a few years ago when I received a big box of old photo's from my parents. Unfortunately, a lot of the photo's had been damaged, either torn, faded, or stuck together. Most of these pictures could not be replaced, and to my knowledge where the only copies. So I started tinkering with diffrent photo programs, and taught myself to repair them. Eventually I found Photoshop, and have not only gotten good at repairing photos, but also enjoy the challenge of repairing memories. Whether they are my own or someone else's.
I also learned how to matte and frame portraits, some of the digital pictures I have taken have made excellent portraits. Because of the deterioration of VHS tapes, I also learned how to transfer VHS to DVD, so I don't have to worry about loosing my video memories.
I have also started another hobby, Photography. Visit my Gallery page for samples of some of my work.
For the past couple years, I have been taking photo's, adding music, and putting them on a DVD for a few local funeral homes. Craig Kempf's Funeral Home in Marshall, Michigan. Is one of my biggest customers. Families are touched by these videos, in a way that a simple photo board cannot do. I have also done videos for Birthdays, Anniversarries and Graduations. They are keepsakes to share with your family and friends.
I am a member of NAPP ( The National Association of Photoshop Professionals), I take pride in my work, if your are not satisfied with my results, I keep the project and you keep your money.
