DVD

• Burnt DVD's do not work on all players, it is the responsability of the customer to know if their player is capable of playing burnt DVD's. If you know the make and model of the DVD player, this sight is helpfull, to find out what it will play. VideoHelp

Copyrighted Music & Video

• Copyrighted video will not be transfered to DVD. This includes, movies, tv shows etc.

• Copyrighted music can be used to add music to DVD projects.
  Only if the customer owns the original cd,
  downloaded or back up cd's cannot be used.

Photo Repair

• The more damage to a photo, the longer it will take to fix it, thus the more it will cost. I suggest submitting the photo for estimate if it needs a lot of work.

Submitting Pictures For Photo Repair

• Pictures can be emailed, sent via mail , or burnt on cd. When scanning pictures, they need to be scanned at a minumum 300 resolution for best quality. Send pictures in a water tight package, and they will be returned with the project when done.
